To ensure that we offer you an accurate quotation for staging your property, we kindly request that you complete a simple checklist form and provide us with photos of the rooms you want to stage, along with floor plans that include measurements of the rooms. Additionally, we offer a free site survey service for your convenience.

Based on the information gathered from the checklist and photos, we will provide you with a quotation.
Agree On A Staging Date
Once you have reviewed the quotation and are happy with it, we can proceed with scheduling the staging. We kindly request that you provide us with a notice period of 7-10 days before the staging date so that we can ensure all your requirements are met and your staging looks exceptional. In addition, we will need to agree on a date for the de-staging.
Collecting The Keys & Staging Of Your Property
We will collect the keys to the staging property and stage it within 24 hours. This will improve the appeal of the property without overwhelming potential buyers. After the staging is completed and the property looks amazing, we will provide you with professional photographs as a complimentary service.
